How does it work?

The Adkins snoring aid is inserted into the nostrils altering the way you breathe.This inhibits the airflow through the nose which, for many, is the cause of their snoring.

This product is not suitable for those under 18 years of age and those that suffer with nose bleeds, asthma, epilepsy,while suffering a cold, flu or Sleep Apnoea.

Will it work for me?

Try the Adkins starter pack first to find the size that fits comfortably.We have developed 3 sizes, use one that fits comfortably so that it stops the air flow in or out of the nose.

The snoring aid is too tight/lose? 

Try the next size. We are also developing a slightly smaller snoring aid.

My throat / mouth is dry?

Drink some water prior to bed time and keep a glass of water by your bedside.

Can I reuse the Snoring aid?

No, they are designed to be used once for good hygiene reasons.

I suffer from Latex allergy?    

The snoring aid is made from a medical grade material which is non latex.

It didn’t work for me?

Like a new pair of glasses or dentures, the snoring aid may take a few days to get used to so it is certainly worth trying to give your family a peaceful nights sleep.

I suffer with Sleep Apnoea Can I use the Adkins?  

No. Sleep Apnoea, is a condition when you actually stop  breathing during sleep, consult your Doctor now.
