Returns Policy
We offer a 30 Day money back guarantee. Due to the nature of the product, refunds will only be given on condition thet the products packaging has not been opened and seals remain intact. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the Adkins Snoring AidTM, we will offer you an exchange or refund provided the product is returned within 30 days with the product packaging un-opened and in a re-saleable condition. Returns within 30 Days
If you are dissatisfied with your product for any reason within the first 30 days from date of despatch, then you may return it for a store credit, exchange or refund. All returned items must be sent back to Adkins Limited within the required timeframe (no later than 30 days from date of despatch). They must be accompanied by your original delivery note, to allow us to swiftly and efficiently process your return.
Please note that we are not able to refund orders if the product/s are not returned to us. We advise that you obtain “Proof of Posting” when returning items to us.
Postage & Packing
All postage and packing charges are non-refundable.
Important Information
Please be aware that any credit to be issued cannot be fully processed until we have received your returned merchandise at our warehouse. Postage for the shipment of returned goods is the responsibility of the customer. In the case of card refunds it may take a full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Due to the fact that the product has been hygienically packed and sealed we are unable to accept returns that have been opened.
Refunds
All refunds are usually processed within 21 days of receipt of product at our warehouse and the refund is authorised and processed in the payment form you originally used for your purchase.
